Appointment Setter/Sales

Position Overview:
The Appointment Setter will play a critical role in our business development efforts by identifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating seamless communication between our sales team and prospective clients. This individual will leverage their business development expertise to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our real estate platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up process.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with potential clients, providing them with relevant information about our services and addressing their inquiries.
- Business Development: Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding our client base.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate industry, providing valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, business development, or sales within the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with the real estate market and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
