Ø Position: Assistant Manager Business Development
Ø Job Location: Islamabad
Ø Applicant Location: Karachi
Ø Salary: PKR 80,000 per month
Ø Language: Must be Fluent in Pashto and English.
Ø Age: 25 to 35
Ø Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and guide a team of Business Development Representatives, motivate them to achieve goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative environment.
· Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, qualify and nurture leads, implement sales strategies, conduct presentations, and close deals.
· Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service, build strong client relationships, and resolve inquiries and complaints.
· Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of financial markets, stay updated on industry trends, and analyze market data for opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
· Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Must be fluent in Pashto and currently residing in Karachi.
