Job Description:
We are seeking a female Social Media Assiatnat Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, and generating organic leads through engaging and well-planned content. You will play a crucial role in researching and developing innovative social media strategies to grow our brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

We are seeking a female Social Media Assiatnat Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, and generating organic leads through engaging and well-planned content. You will play a crucial role in researching and developing innovative social media strategies to grow our brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Content Calendar Creation: Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.) to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Research for Post Inspiration: Conduct research to find trends, creative ideas, and inspiration for post content, ensuring relevance and originality.
- Job Description:
- Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the design team or create engaging, on-brand content (including text, images, and videos) to captivate our audience and meet campaign objectives.
- Community Management: Monitor and manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Organic Lead Generation: Develop strategies to grow followers and drive organic traffic and leads through social platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure we remain competitive and relevant.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment across all channels and support broader marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, managing social media platforms for businesses or brands.
- Proven experience in creating and managing content calendars.
- Strong ability to research and find inspirations for post content and content calendars based on trends and audience preferences.
- Strong understanding of key social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok) and their best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to generate organic leads through engaging and high-quality content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Market Competitive salary from 40k to 50k depends upon experience, skillset and interview

- Are you ready to work form 12 PM to 9 PM. Office is on Wahdat Road. It is mandatory
- Have you seen budget (40k to 50k) and agree to it. It is non-negotiable.
