we are looking for an experienced Bidding Expert to help us manage and secure new business through various bidding platforms. If you have a strong understanding of the entire bidding process—from start to finish—and have hands-on experience with popular bidding portals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of the bidding process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Review and analyze bidding requirements and prepare competitive proposals.
- Ensure all necessary documents and compliance requirements are met for each bid.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary project details and pricing.
- Monitor and track bid submissions to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a database of past bids and track bid outcomes for analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bidding strategies.
- Proven experience managing bids from start to finish in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with popular bidding portals, such as Building connect, Planhub etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze bid documents and identify key requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with pricing and cost estimation is a plus.
Pay: Rs366,000.00 - Rs523,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Bidding: 2 years (Required)
- Sign Company Bidding: 2 years (Preferred)
- Fluent English (Required)
