We are seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork Bidding Expert to help manage and improve our project acquisition efforts on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience bidding on Upwork projects, with a successful history of securing contracts across different types of services.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze project descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable opportunities.
• Write customized and persuasive proposals tailored to each job posting.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential projects by actively bidding on relevant job postings.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, budget, and timeline before submitting proposals.
• Track bid responses and maintain a record of bid success rates.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that proposed solutions align with company capabilities.
• Regularly update and optimize Upwork profiles to reflect current services and success stories.
• Stay up to date with Upwork’s platform changes, client preferences, and trends in bidding practices.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven experience in bidding for projects on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
• Familiarity with Upwork’s interface, rules, and bidding strategies.
• Ability to identify high-quality leads and understand project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids at once.
• knowledge of services such as graphic design (logo design) and IT services (web development, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sales funnels and client relationship management.

Work Schedule:
We operate in the USA Time Zone. In Pakistan time, our shift is from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
