**Responsibilities:**

• Platform Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Upwork and Fiverr to identify relevant projects and opportunities.
• Bid Management: Prepare and submit persuasive bids, proposals, and quotations to secure projects that align with our services.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to win projects, meet targets, and maximize revenue.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and client preferences.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bids, projects, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on performance and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure successful project kick-offs.
• Use Linked In for lead generation and business development.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as an Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance portals Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various freelance platforms, including their features and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write effective business proposals.
• Demonstrated expertise in online bidding on various freelancing platforms.
• Experience in interacting with international clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
