Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive having good experience in Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer to join our dynamic team and help us achieve a monthly target of atleast $5,000 in Web and app development and Video Editing services . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer platforms and proven expertise in securing projects related to website development, video editing, and other services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Writing: Craft personalized, compelling proposals for web and app development projects on Upwork to attract potential clients.
• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements, providing clear explanations of our services and solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-potential leads in the web and app development niches.
• Negotiation: Handle negotiations on project scope, timelines, and pricing to close deals.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed a monthly revenue target of atleast $1,000 in secured projects.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adjust bidding strategies to reflect client demand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure project proposals are aligned with team capabilities.
• Reporting: Track bidding performance, conversion rates, and success metrics to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and Fiverr and Freelancer.com
• Strong understanding of web development (e.g., Word Press, Shopify, Laravel, etc.) and Video Editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write customized proposals that highlight key solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Experience in hitting revenue targets on freelancing platforms is a plus.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
