We are looking for a dedicated Chat Base Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications :
Atleast 6 months relevant expeirence
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient typing skills
