Phebsoft is a leading tech company that provides expert development teams to UK-based clients in the Data Integration and Business Automation industry. Our teams work with global brands like Salesforce, Zigzag, and others to deliver custom solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive with exceptional communication skills to help us expand our client base in the UK and sell our dedicated teams of experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential UK-based clients who need tech teams for custom solutions in data integration and business automation.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Sell our development teams to international clients by understanding their business needs and presenting tailored team solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the point of contact for client communications.
  • Lead Generation: Research and generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage the sales pipeline to secure new clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to match client needs with the right tech talent and development teams.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Draft compelling proposals, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Commission-Based Rewards: Earn commission on top of your salary for every successful client acquisition and team sale.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in selling services or teams to international clients.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with UK-based clients.
  • Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with experience in selling services, solutions, or teams.
  • Client-Centric: Skilled at understanding client needs and presenting the right solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently to close deals.
  • Familiarity with the UK Market: Experience working with UK-based clients is a strong plus.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with internal tech teams to align client needs with the right talent.
