Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving B2B sales and B2B integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product-based sales, a deep understanding of the IT industry, (Product as a Service - Paa S) and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
What you will be doing:
- Do B2B sales, not transactional sales.
- Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities in the US market.
- Align business solutions with prospective business objectives & needs
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
- Get to know about the proper guidelines about the software and generate leads.
- Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily
- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
- Speak English fluently (O/A Levels mostly)
- Able to work US hours / Pakistan night shift
- Having experienced 5-7 years in IT software integration and collaborations in the US.
- Three years of B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
- Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business
