Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Lead the charge in expanding our trading platform's footprint within Pakistan.
- Foster and nurture relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
- Strategically drive business growth and increase market share through targeted initiatives.
- Develop and execute robust strategies to retain existing clients.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by proactively engaging and supporting clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Pakistan market.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with a proven track record.
- Existing client and IB list are a must-have.
- Deep understanding of the Pakistan financial markets.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu.
