FUNCTION: DBS Marketing
SUB-FUNCTION: Customer
LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Goal being, to acquire all essential knowledge to become a future manager. Work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to run the function/department smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. (e.g. Developing Training Program, CC agent replacement, etc.)
- Understand each function under department (e.g. Trade Capability, Customer & Consumer, TM&D Exec.)
- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
- Get familiar with personnel duties.
- Participate in company’s strategic planning. (Where directed by line)
- Help managers in writing reports, analysing data etc.
- Research ways to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Create and give presentations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfil any requirements and meet goals set out as per KPIs.
- Follow all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and update records.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of planning process and skills development in Customer & Consumer, TM&D, Trade Capability.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- People oriented, influences others.
- Excellent analytical skills and excel knowledge.
- Skills and experience in creating and using dashboards and generating reports.
- Good to have knowledge of sales operation, administration, reporting, call centre working, service delivery, project management & training & development.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing/ service deliver.
- People management Skills.
- Experience with use of analytical & planning tools.
- Analytical mentality and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability in MS Office Application - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Proficient in Learning Development System and Content Development Tool such as Canva or Adobe.
- Relationship management (internal & external)

- Fully involved and aware of day-to-day operation within customer tower.
- Focused on supporting the partners with operational work needs.
- Proactive in seeking new ways for planning process to improve operations & workflow.
