Job Title: Chief of Staff

Reports To: CEO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Coordinator/Chief of Staff to support the CEO in managing operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination. This role involves calendar management, preparing briefing documents, tracking project deadlines, and ensuring effective follow-ups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
• Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Track and coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and departments.
• Ensure follow-ups and progress on critical tasks and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
