Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, identifying and assessing customers' needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction on each interaction. The Customer Service Representative will also maintain accurate records and data on customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer experiences and service quality.
