Role Description
ibex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for its Karāchi location. This full-time, on-site role requires excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide timely and accurate service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask while using different programs
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Salary Package
90,000 to 100,000
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
