Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CSR Agent for the Fin Tech Project, a dynamic Fin Tech initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact customers regarding outstanding amounts and discuss payment schedules.
· Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues, as per provided guidelines.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM Software.
· Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.
· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications:
· Graduation in any field.
· Previous experience in Bank, similar project or Finance Collection will be preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Ability to handle systems efficiently and accurately.
· Having a good exposure in sales and recovery

· Gross Salary Range is Rs. 30,000/- per month Plus Collection Incentives, inclusive of all allowances.
