Data Center Engineer

- Monitor & maintain data center IT & power network as per standards.
- Monitor & manage day-to-day operations of data centers.
- Monitor & maintain data center power, cooling & network infrastructure as per standards.
- Ensure that data center SOPs are followed in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being followed accordingly.
- Work with support ticketing systems, manage assigned tickets, provide appropriate follow-up and resolve with meeting service catalog guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all Data Center documentation.
- BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
- Experience with Emerson/Vertiv, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU, and environmental control hardware (HVAC units) will be preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
