Breakloo Digital Limited is seeking a motivated individual to lead our Digital Marketing and SEO team. Job Details:

  • Job Location: Office No. E1, 5th floor, Osif Center, Block 13 A Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing and SEO team, setting clear objectives and driving performance to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage budget allocation and performance tracking for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and relevance to target audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and other digital channels.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
