Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients' digital marketing strategies to ensure growth and brand visibility across various platforms. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with our web developers and content creators, and play a pivotal role in driving our clients' online success.
Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve strategies.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics tools. Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

• Fixed: Full-Time position, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
