The Electrical Engineering Associate will play a crucial role in our company's growth and innovation. The person will be responsible for leading and contributing to research and development projects focused on batteries, charging setups, and product development. Additionally, he/she will handle facility maintenance and troubleshooting, documentation, process implementation, and provide engineering support to other departments. We are seeking a talented and motivated engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive the success of electric mobility in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and contribute to R&D projects related to batteries, charging setups, and product development for electric bikes.
· Modify, test, and optimize battery systems, including selecting appropriate battery technologies, managing battery safety, and maximizing energy efficiency.
· Contribute towards development of charging infrastructure and solutions to enhance the charging experience for electric bike users.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall product design.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, technical reports, and user manuals.
· Implement and improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in product development.
· Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer support to provide technical expertise and support.
· Perform facility maintenance tasks, including overseeing electrical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.
· Liaise with Project Manager for planning & monitoring of ongoing & new projects.
· Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards in electric vehicle engineering, battery systems, and charging infrastructure.
· Participate in selection & procurement of new models, components & factory equipment.
· Any other responsibilities not mentioned herein.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or a related field
· Strong knowledge of battery technologies, charging systems, and electrical components.
· Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver results in available resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month
