We are UK based Travel Agency call-centre in I-10 Islamabad looking for MALE staff to work for us. Must have 3+ years experience ideally someone with confident personality, good selling skills and convincing power.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
ARRANGING ITENARARIES, HOLIDAYS & HAJJ/UMRAH
USING BOOKING SYSTEM – SABRE
DEALING WITH CUSTOMER QUERIES
CREATING PNR AS PER CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS
ISSUE/REISSUE OR REFUND AS PER THE NEEDS
SENDING DETAILS TO CLIENTS via EMAIL
ABLE TO COMMUNICATE FLUENT ENGLISH
*Bonus on targets
* Regular Separate Commission
Our staff averagely makes over 1 lac PKR per month (depending on sales)
Basic pay: 40,000 to 50,000 (depending on experience)
Time: 03:30 PM TO 12:30 AM
