Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating digital fashion illustrations and hand-drawn sketches, as well as developing mood, color, and fabric boards to shape seasonal clothing collections for both kids and women.
Key Responsibilities:
Create digital fashion illustrations and hand-drawn sketches for seasonal collections.
Develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections to enhance design concepts.
Prepare comprehensive tech packs for manufacturers, ensuring all specifications are met.
Collaborate with suppliers, merchandisers, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
Provide guidance and support to interns in tasks such as research and sketching.
Organize and oversee photoshoots with the design team to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a designer, particularly in dress design, with a portfolio that highlights your distinctive work.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with basic Excel skills.
Experience in creating technical illustrations, tech packs, and manual designs, with a strong understanding of design technicalities and patterns.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
