Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Lead Generator to join our team for a UAE-based project. This role focuses on finding new opportunities, building relationships with important clients in the UAE, and helping to grow our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in UAE.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to offer customized solutions to clients.
• Attend industry events and represent the company through presentations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Applicants from any educational background are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in the Middle East is an advantage.
