We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in financial modeling to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of real estate advisory projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support real estate acquisitions, development projects, asset management, and financial performance evaluations.
- Create and refine pitch decks, offering memorandums, investor presentations and other marketing material to support our clients’ capital raise.
- Perform thorough market research to identify key economic and demographic trends impacting real estate opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial statements, reviewing market data, and assessing risks for acquisitions or investment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including developers, investors, and brokers, to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial analyses and investor reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (working toward the CFA or ACCA designation is a plus).
- 2 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, equity research, private equity, or related field, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including demonstrated ability to build detailed financial models (DCF, etc.).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
