Job Title: Fin Tech Sales Lead/ Manager

Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven "Fin Tech Sales Manager" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting candidates with a deep understanding of the Fin Tech landscape and the ability to drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and tailoring innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of financial institutions
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue Fin Tech sales opportunities in KSA and UAE, focusing on banks, Asset management and mutual funds.
· Lead the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, targeting new clients in financial services and technology.
· Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
· Understand client needs and deliver customized Fin Tech solutions like payment systems, digital banking, and blockchain tech.
· Develop strategies to grow market share, aligning with company goals.
· Stay current on regulations, trends, and competitors, and adjust strategies as needed.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
· Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in Fin Tech or related industries.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Flexibility to travel as needed.
