Position Overview:
We are seeking a Google Ads Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and skilled at managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intricacies of paid search and display advertising and can effectively tailor strategies to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video platforms to maximize client ROI.
• Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough research to identify high-value keywords and target audiences for better ad placements and engagement.
• Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals, running A/B tests to find top-performing variations.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPC, etc.) to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and report actionable insights.
• Budget Management: Allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns and driving the highest possible return.
• Market & Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge and improve campaign outcomes.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads management.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic adjustments.
• Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ad copywriting and creative collaboration is a plus.
