Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, extensive experience in graphic design, and a passion for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of SOAR STEM Schools, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to create engaging content that supports our educational goals and brand image.
• Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and output.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts to the management team for approval.
• Ensure all designs adhere to copyright and intellectual property laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an educational or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
• Excellent creative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a design team is a plus.
