LOKAL Rooms
We are a network of hotel rooms that provide quality, reliability, and standards on a budget. We partner with local hotels, take up some of their inventory, upgrade their rooms, upgrade their standards of service, and make them available to the world through our platforms.
Job Description:

• Daily guest communication prior to their arrival till their departure
• Post-check-in calls and messages to arriving guests
• Ensuring the guest stay is comfortable and issues and complaints are addressed and solved promptly
• Make courtesy calls to the inhouse guest to ensure the guest is having a pleasant stay at Lokal
• Handling guest complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• A person with prior hospitality background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters's Education
• Minimum 2 - 3+ years of sales or tourism and hospitality experience
• Preference will be given to the candidates from the Tourism and Hospitality Industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
