Position Overview:
The Head of HR, Legal & Security will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives across Pakistan. This role involves overseeing recruitment, compensation, employee relations, security, and legal compliance while ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations. The position also includes managing company assets, coordinating with local law enforcement, and handling employer-employee-related issues, including union negotiations and labor disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
· Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and regulations.
· Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
· Manage employee relations, including staff contracts, appraisals, and pay management.
· Coordinate security measures and protect company assets, including retail outlets, warehouses, and sales offices
· Handle legal matters, including compliance and disputes.
· Lead employee engagement and development initiatives.
· Manage employer-employee-related issues and labor negotiations.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
· Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR management, legal compliance, or security management, with experience in multi-location environments.
· Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
· In-depth knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage legal matters and coordinate with law enforcement.
· Leadership skills with the ability to build and promote teamwork.
· Ability to travel to different company locations as needed.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
