Cafe Little Karachi is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotpot Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Hotpot Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality hotpot dishes, ensuring the highest level of taste, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hotpot dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards
• Ensure food is cooked to perfection, using fresh ingredients and maintaining consistency in taste
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist with inventory control and ensure ingredients are stocked properly
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hotpot Chef or in a similar role (at least 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of hotpot ingredients, broths, and cooking techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Culinary degree or relevant qualification is a plus
