Avialdo Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring a positive employee experience and effective HR operations. From overseeing the recruitment process, driving employee engagement, to improving and documenting HR processes, you’ll help foster a workplace culture that values development and collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR activities to ensure a positive employee experience and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Lead a team effectively, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve HR objectives.
- Develop and implement programs to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent, from application to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Document updated processes for clarity and compliance across the organization.
- Use data-driven insights to assess and refine the impact of new HR initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture by coordinating team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to align on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop strategies for internal communication to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies to maintain consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical and non-technical recruitment, or HR preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a must.
- Office timings are 8AM - 5PM (Punctuality bonus)
