Job Description:
- Manage & Prepare Different HR Reports on Daily & Monthly Basis.
- Responsible to post & verify all factory Monthly Payroll, Advance Salaries/Loan & over Times. (Software & Excel Expert)
- Responsible to post and calculate Annual Leaves of Staff and other workers.
- Preparation of Factory Workers Company Identity cards.
- Communicate & Coordinate with HR & Admin Team to resolve Labor issues.
- Verification of Bio-metric Attendance & Overtime.
- Posting & verification of Vouchers in software regarding Salary, Advances, Loan & Overtimes.
- Enrollments of Workers in HRM Software and Bio-metric attendance machines.
- Maintain Official HR Records (Filling)
- Any Other Task as assigned by HR Manager/Management.

Computer expert specially Microsoft office.
Salary Range = 40,000 to 50,000
