- Recruitment and selection: sourcing candidates from different platforms, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee relations: handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance management: conducting performance appraisals and developing performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and benefits: managing salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with labor laws.
- Training and development: organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Preparing job descriptions and offer letters.
- Managing the complete on-boarding process
- HRIS management: maintaining employee records and data.
- Office management: overseeing office operations, facilities, and equipment & tanency agreements.
- Procurement: managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Travel arrangements: booking travel and accommodation for employees.
- Event planning and coordination: organizing company events and meetings.
- Recordkeeping: maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
