Human Resource Executive(Recruitment & Selection)(Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our recruitment and selection process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract and identify top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Create engaging job postings and manage listings.
  • Source candidates through various platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare and extend job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 6 months - 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
