Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and schedule onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and files.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Help with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents and reports. Contribute to projects that enhance HR processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR initiatives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
