e Zhire is a car rental app that helps customers get a car delivered, on-demand, 24/7 in the UAE, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. We help enable freedom for our customers by simplifying the car rental process.
There's this notion in the market that in order to get a rental car, you’ll need to spend a lot of money and take on a lot of hassle. But we know there's a better way. One where what's good for the consumer is also good for business.
Job responsibilities and requirements:

Maintain the highest level of service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
Responding to instant chat queries and customer emails, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Patience when handling tough cases.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
Prior experience in any international campaign.
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.

Qualifications

1-2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Package: 80,000/- to 95,000/-
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
