International Customer Service Representative ( Rotational Shifts)

Job responsibilities and requirements:
- Maintain the highest level of service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Responding to instant chat queries and customer emails, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
- Prior experience in any international campaign.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
