Job Title: IT Sales Specialist
Job Overview: We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales Specialist to manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals. This role requires a professional who understands the local market, builds strong relationships, and provides tailored IT solutions that align with the specific needs of clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting IT solutions, negotiating, and closing sales deals in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a professional who understands the local market, builds strong relationships, and provides tailored IT solutions that align with the specific needs of clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting IT solutions, negotiating, and closing sales deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in various industries across Pakistan through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations and live demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of IT solutions to local businesses, including small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique IT challenges (e.g., cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP solutions) and recommend tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed sales proposals, including pricing and technical specifications, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with key decision-makers, addressing objections and closing sales deals efficiently.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the sales pipeline from the initial contact to the final closing, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Post-Sales Support Coordination: Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction after the sale.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company in the region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in Pakistan’s technology landscape, with a proven record of closing large deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., cloud services, enterprise software, networking equipment).
- Local Market Understanding: Familiarity with the IT challenges faced by businesses in Pakistan, especially those related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure development.
- Sales Skills: Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for business owners, coupled with excellent negotiation skills to close deals.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting.
- Experience in selling cloud-based solutions, managed IT services, or business management software (ERP/CRM).
- Knowledge of government or regulatory IT requirements in Pakistan that might impact businesses.
