Job Title: Junior HR Officer (Female)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Summary:
Digilaxy is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Junior HR Officer to assist in managing the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in organizing training and development sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
