Key Accounts Manager - Social Media

We're looking to onboard an experienced Key Account Manager (preferably a female) to work with us on key client accounts. As the Account Manager, you will be the bridge between the client and our multiple internal teams. As the lead point of contact, you will handle all client-related matters and ultimately be responsible for client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement account management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Handle social media pages of clients and implement strategies to increase audience and brand reach.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, Performance, SEO) to deliver results and performance.
- Align daily tasks to ensure brand performance is up to par.
- Create monthly social media calendars.
- Maintain knowledge of advertising platforms (FB Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tik Tok Ads, etc.).
- Attend client meetings with proper monthly/weekly reports.
- Strategize for the upcoming month/quarter/year based on client needs.
- Prepare monthly progress reports/plans for clients to ensure growth.
- Monitor strategies, budgets, and inventory to ensure targets are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role in a marketing agency.
- Sharp and creative mind.
- Proactive approach.
- Strong grip on marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and performance monitoring.
- Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore, Pakistan
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
- Remuneration: PKR 50,000/- to PKR 65,000/-, based on skills and experience.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
