Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key social media clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to individual clients, focusing on growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Oversee content creation for client accounts, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned materials across all platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and social media analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing any issues or escalations promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to discuss progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to provide clients with innovative strategies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, particularly within social media or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft engaging materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including analytics software and content management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing landscape.
