Lead Generation Officer - Part Time (US Hours)

The Lead Generator via Chat will engage with potential clients and customers through social media platforms to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
This role requires strong english communication skills, the ability to quickly build rapport and a knack for identifying potential prospects' needs.
This role will be initially WFH for 2-3 weeks and then full time from office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Initiate conversations with potential leads through assigned social media platforms.
- Identify qualified leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Gather necessary information such as contact details, interests and requirements.
- Log lead information accurately in CRM or other designated systems.
- Maintain a database of prospects for follow-ups and handovers.
- Coordinate follow-up messages with potential leads to nurture interest.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or marketing teams.
- Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge.
- Participate in training to improve chat handling and lead generation techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar role.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using chat tools.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiastic and proactive in engaging with prospects.
