Job Summary:
The Collection Officer is responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts for UAE Banks. This role involves contacting debtors to negotiate repayment plans, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The Collection Officer plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by minimizing bad debt and improving cash flow.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate with debtors to: negotiate payments; to discuss settlements; to resolve problems and to provide appropriate solutions.
· Ensure first round calling to the allocation as per client’s requirement and according to the assigned target provided by the Team Leader.
· To complete daily tasks provided by the Team Leader.
· Update CRM as per training provided, which includes skip tracing, calling, feedback report and any new information regarding the customer or mode of payment that debtor agrees upon.
Discuss daily activities with Team Leader brief him/her about new accounts, traced accounts, or any special account which is important for the performance.
Technical Competencies:

Hours & Commitment
▪ This is a full-time position and selected candidate will be required to work the morning shift (9am - 6pm)
Qualification
High School Diploma,
A bachelor’s degree will be a plus.
Experience
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Call Center industry, debt collection agency experience will be a plus.
