Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Dha Phase,4 Lahore, Pakistan
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Account Manager to lead our accounts department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping and financial management of all three offices (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad). The Account Manager will manage a team of professional accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal and external audits, and the timely filing of statutory returns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounts department and manage a team of professional accountants.

• Oversee bookkeeping and financial management for offices in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system.

• Manage the issuance and recording of all sales and purchase invoices from all locations.

• Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely recovery of dues from customers.

• Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, and bank accounts.

• Prepare the company’s budget and monitor expenses to ensure they align with the budget.

• Close books of accounts annually and provide financial reports, including profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets, to the management.

• Manage the company’s internal and external audits, and present audited accounts at the annual Board of Directors meeting.

• File annual returns with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and handle income tax filings.

• Assist in the implementation of Odoo ERP within the company, with the goal of completion in the next three months.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Strong expertise in bookkeeping and financial management.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Odoo.

• Strong understanding of SECP annual return filings and income tax regulations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
