Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Incumbent is responsible for leading the aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence in the lead-acid and lithium battery markets, as well as inverter systems. This role requires 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, with a strong technical background in lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and inverters. The Manager will develop and implement effective aftersales strategies, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, alongside strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The position also involves analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with product development to enhance offerings, and maintaining detailed records of aftersales activities to drive continuous improvement and operational success.
