Star HR Services Group requires for our client who are a leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, dedicated to deliver high-quality products and services. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Medical Devices (for the Sale & Support of Surgical Implants).
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Medical Devices division, specializing in surgical implants for the Orthopedic field. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing of surgical implants in the Orthopedic field.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launch and promotion.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in dealing with implant devices in the Orthopedic field.
- Proven sales background with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
