Job Title: Assistant Manager, Production Planning and Control

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute efficient production plans.
• Monitor and improve production processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material procurement.
• Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges.
• Manage the production process, from sourcing raw materials to finished goods.
• Develop and execute production plans, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and within budget.
• Supervise and manage production staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure that products meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure that products are delivered on time to customers.
• Handle Sampling Timelines and planning

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in production planning in a manufacturing unit.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
