Pakistan facilities management is hiring for Manager Technical for its office based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in the similar role with a large scale organization. The candidate should have exposure of working across the country especially Karachi region.
Should have expertise in the following areas/JDs
· · Project Management / Business Development / Project Consulting.
· Design, Development, Installation and Maintenance Management of IT Networks and ELV infrastructure ( Video surveillance and Analytics / Access control systems / Network & Security services/Public Address Systems/Fire Alarm Systems)
· Data Centre design, installation, and maintenance
· Has working knowledge of all sorts of maintenance activities in a functional building including Civil, HVAC and MEP.
· Experience of operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems/Smart buildings
· Hands on knowledge of ERP systems specifically CMMS systems.
· Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of all IT systems, hardware, and software.
· Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
· Facilitates and oversees the technical support and helpdesk roles, ensuring effective and helpful support is provided to end users through Supervisors and Facility Managers.
· Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in information technology, alerting senior staff of the effects that widespread software and hardware revisions, changes, and discontinuation will have on the organizations systems and operations.
· Coordinates and schedules large-scale software and hardware/Infrastructure installations.
· Ensures IS-related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time, and within budget.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education & Experience:
should have engineering degree like BE or field related.
5 to 7 years in similar role is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
