Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead the transition from manual systems and Excel to Odoo ERP. This role will focus on configuring, customizing, and fully integrating Odoo modules to suit PGE’s business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Customization: Lead the full-cycle implementation of Odoo ERP, customizing modules to meet the specific requirements of traffic management, inventory, accounting, and automation services.
• Data Migration: Manage data migration from Excel to Odoo, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Training & Support: Provide training to employees across various departments on Odoo functionality and processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• System Optimization: Analyze PGE’s business needs, recommend improvements, and implement custom workflows in Odoo.
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues with Odoo modules during and after the implementation phase.
• Documentation: Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials for end-users.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong experience in data migration and workflow optimization.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Odoo and knowledge of ERP principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new challenges.
• Desirable: Previous experience in the automation or traffic management industry is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
