Position Overview:
Zidy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator based in Pakistan to oversee administrative and financial functions. This role supports management in daily operations, financial tasks, and reporting, providing crucial support to keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll, including commissions and deductions. Experience with payroll processing is essential.
Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, completing all paperwork accurately.
Communication: Handle phone calls, including screening and transferring, to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
File Management: Maintain and organize filing systems and retrieve documents as needed.
Administrative Support: Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries, providing reliable support to the management team.
Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Expense Tracking: Keep accurate records of expenses and petty cash usage.
Data Assistance: Support sales data collection and management reports.
Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software
Knowledge of payroll and employment regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of recordkeeping and clerical procedures
Ability to work independently and support a remote team
Experience supporting sales teams or operations is a plus
