Are you a proactive digital expert with a knack for building positive brand images? We're hiring an Online Reputation Manager (ORM) to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand stands out!
Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance our local visibility
• Develop and execute guest posting strategies to expand our digital footprint
• Monitor and address negative reviews across platforms, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement
• Boost our online reputation through strategic content and review management
• Post and manage reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, and others
• Track, analyze, and report on reputation management performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align ORM strategies with broader branding initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ORM techniques

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Google My Business, review sites, and guest posting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
• Experience with reputation monitoring and analytics tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
